ADFA-6318: Fix repo and plugin names in plugin-api.md

ADFA-6318

Brings docs/plugin-api.md in line with the plugin names in appdevforall/addons (formerly plugin-examples). Under the current naming standard, plugin names no longer end in -plugin.

• plugin-examples -> addons (gh api repos/appdevforall/plugin-examples resolves to appdevforall/addons).
• apk-viewer-plugin/, markdown-preview-plugin/, keystore-generator-plugin/ -> APK-Analyzer, Markdown-Previewer, Keystore-Generator.
• ai-core / AI Core -> AI-Core.

Checked: no other plugin names appear in the file. REVIEW.md:218 and a few other docs still use the old names. I left those alone; this PR changes plugin-api.md only.

The second half of the ticket (the AI-Agent-OpenAI README) lives in the addons repo and gets its own PR.
