) * feat(chat): add transcript navigation and prompt rail Long transcripts were hard to move around in. Prepare OpenGUI 0.7.1 with the merged chat navigation and resizable sidebar changes (#167), centralized and quick preferences (#168), and completed-turn state and timer fixes (#169).
Integrates the changes that landed on separate branches, bumps the application version, adds release notes, and updates pinned Docker examples.
