Fixes the crash on these Web Console API pages:

• /docs/apis-and-sdks/web-console-api/0100-001-create-experiment/
• /docs/apis-and-sdks/web-console-api/0100-002-update-experiment/
• /docs/apis-and-sdks/web-console-api/0100-006-restart-experiment/

Each one showed "This page crashed. n is not iterable". @absmartly/api-mocks@1.0.8 has required: null on the Template schema. The theme loops over required when it merges allOf, so any request body using ExperimentInput crashed. The fix is upstream in absmartly/api-mocks#28, released as 1.0.10.

Verification

• yarn gen:api no longer prints r is not iterable (3 warnings before, 0 now).
• yarn build succeeds. All three pages render from the production build with no page errors, and the template_permission fields appear.
