Cleanups found while rehearsing the first release (the release workflow run with
workflow_dispatchon a fork, which passed: DLLs, wheel and the smoke tests on Linux, macOS and Windows).python_bridge.ymlandwheel_tests.ymlgoes, and the package dependencyvunit_hdl>=5.0.0.dev12installs VUnit, as it does for users.
