Moves the Tangible Hub from the first item under the Tangible top-level menu to Settings → Tangible Hub, and hides the admin-bar mark for now.

  • The page slug is still tangible-home, so existing admin.php?page=tangible-home links (wizard exit, Connect return, Done step) keep resolving. Checked on a dev site: the old URL renders the Hub, and the menu entry is options-general.php?page=tangible-home.
  • The admin-bar mark and its CSS are gated by the tangible_hub_show_admin_bar_mark filter (default false), so bringing it back is a one-liner.
  • If the Hub was the only Tangible menu item on a site, the empty Tangible top-level menu no longer appears.

The Hub is no longer the first item under the Tangible top-level menu; it
lives at Settings → Tangible Hub. The page slug is unchanged, so existing
admin.php?page=tangible-home links still resolve. The admin-bar mark is off
by default; the tangible_hub_show_admin_bar_mark filter brings it back.
