Issue 4 — reflect the approved control CI enablement
The owner approved option (a): re-enable the existing lightweight push/pull-request/manual CI. Its default-branch run passed: https://github.com/SNodeC/.github/actions/runs/38231527632.
Replace the now-stale disabled-workflow sentence in README.md with the approved trigger policy, while preserving that enablement is an owner decision. No workflow, template, shared Verify, generated profile, tag or setting changes.
Verification
docs-audit --repo .: 0 violations.page-headers --repo . --check: PASS (control repository not header-enrolled).git diff --check: PASS.Accounting: README +1/-1; production code and tests 0. Existing control CI is enabled and its unchanged push/PR triggers apply to this branch/PR. No additional dispatch or setting change.
