PostCSS 的 source-map-js 1.2.1 构建依赖有 GHSA-68fv-2mgg-jv7q 告警。仅将锁文件中的该依赖更新到 1.2.2，npm audit 无告警，Node 22 构建、操作、文案、账户和刷新检查通过。
核对现有 workflow 和代码调用后，删除已经退出使用的 Codex App 审查脚本、专用单测和过期架构树条目。现有 CI 与自动合并策略保留。
