Replace lifecycle model-process routing with the v2 task client and move generic research, watcher, drift and frozen-material review contracts into QuantPlatformKit. Strategy-specific parameters are supplied by the owning strategy repository. Pending tasks retain their original identity and AI results remain advisory.
Validation: focused lifecycle and caller-contract tests passed; full required CI runs on this PR. No trading configuration or broker calls are changed.
