Pin the Quant wrapper to personal-ai-service 2.0.4 so both services expose the same bounded offline-login capability. This does not expand Quant project grants or authorize trading/deployment.
Validation: wrapper wheel builds; deployed fixed packages pass pip check, discovery returns 200 and anonymous MCP returns 401. Native automatic execution and ChatGPT offline-session refresh are still awaiting client qualification.
