Jerry asked whether the CLI's docs fully describe the secret-manager functionality. They did not: vault-deploy.md had the four forms and terraform.md the by-name pattern, but the per-manager lines, what each needs and the helper scripts were only in DirXMLDevWeb's README.

docs/secrets.md now covers, for the CLI alone: the four forms (literal, Env, Command, Keychain) and their precedence; the line for AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault, Google Cloud Secret Manager, CyberArk CCP and BeyondTrust (via bin/secrets/), Bitwarden and Bitwarden Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault, 1Password, a Terraform output, and anything else; what each needs installed or exported and how to keep a manager's own key in the Keychain; checking a line without seeing the value; rotation; the environment's own password; the key names. Linked from the README's guides, the docs index and vault-deploy.md.

Documentation only.
