The workflow is identical across repositories, so AGENTS.md no longer names this repository and can be synchronized later. The scope and repository map move to the top of docs/README.md.

Follow-up to #5928.
AGENTS.mdbecomes the generic version used by NServiceBus too, and the scope paragraph and repository map move to the top ofdocs/README.md. No rule changed except one addition: readdocs/README.mdbefore answering, which runs showed was otherwise skipped.
