fix: align stock detail report columns with PR_StockDetail

Summary

Daily Stock Details, Monthly and Yearly Excel exports now follow the PR_StockDetail column order and header names:

Sl No, Date (Month/Year for monthly and yearly), EntryType, Facility Name, item form, Item Name, item strength, UOM, Item Category, Batch No, Unit Cost Price, Expiry Date, Total Quantity Received(Batch wise), Opening Stock, Dispensed Quantity, Adjustment Receipt, Adjustment Issue, Closing Stock, Item Entered Date

• New columns: EntryType and item form; Item Entered Date on yearly.
• Total Quantity Received now comes before Opening Stock.
• Headers come from an explicit label map; row values are still read by the API field names.

Depends on PSMRI/Inventory-API#137, which adds entryType and itemForm to the responses. Without it those two columns are empty.

Testing

tsc --noEmit and Prettier pass. Not tested in a running app.
