Only the owner-wide concept row in Searchlight changes. Its behavior and every other row stay the same.

Testing

Local build against the staging API, in headless Chromium:

• Read the rows on the home, search, organization, repository (same and different name as the owner), collection, user and URL registry pages, in en, plus an organization repository and a user page in es, pt-BR and zh.
• The row still appears only on the organization and user contexts it did before, including with the 4-row $match case.
• ↓ then Enter, and a click, still go to /search/ with the same owner filter.
• CI's ESLint command and npm test (114 tests) pass.
