This PR optimizes EM inversion tiling by separating receiver and source-wire mesh refinement.

Changes:

• Uses 3D distance-based refinement around source wires.
• Excludes line-current coordinates from receiver-based refinement.
• Groups ground-TEM receivers by combined part and transmitter labels.
