feat: serve the Apps page's GitHub requests from local checkouts - #28

Patch `adafruit_requests.Session.request` so raw file and tree requests for the main repo are answered from the checkout being run, including uncommitted changes. `--repo` picks another checkout or `github` for real GitHub, and `--repo-map` maps other repos such as third-party apps.
