Reviewed all 113 changed PostgreSQL files. Parsing both sides of the PR and serializing without comments produces identical SQL for every file: this is comment formatting only. Existing cross-dialect, transpiler, equivalence, lint, and shell checks are passing. No blocking findings.

Automated transpilation of the BigQuery concept sources into the
concepts_postgresandconcepts_duckdbdialects.Triggered by a change to
mimic-iv/concepts/**,mimic-iii/concepts/**, or the transpiler onmain. Review thediff, let the equivalence / build checks run, then merge to bring
the generated dialects back in sync.
This PR is updated in place as further changes land on
main.
