Summary

Last of five stacked PRs. #883, #884 and #885 are merged, so this one is based on main.

Rewrites Authentication, Access Control, Admin Panel, Admin Insights, Password Reset and Moderation, and moves their setup into the authentication, moderation and registration configuration pages (Access Control and Admin Panel config pages landed earlier in the stack).

Corrections against dev include: OpenAI moderation covers regular chats and agents but not the hosted Assistants endpoints, a user has exactly one role, the admin panel repository moved to LibreChat-AI/admin-panel and needs ADMIN_PANEL_SESSION_SECRET with no fallback, bans are always stored in MongoDB, allowedDomains is optional and also gates social and SSO logins, and the import and fork limiters are always active.
