Добавлен tools/test-ssh-config.ps1: AST извлекает только три чистые функции. Проверяются global/Match scope, удаление дубликатов и идемпотентность без изменения хоста. Проверка transformations, синтаксиса 7 scripts и ссылок 21 Markdown files PASS.
CI integration changes were prepared and tested locally but are not included: GitHub rejected workflow writes because the OAuth token lacks workflow scope. The standalone commands above can be run now; the pending workflow patch is retained in the local task workspace.
