Jelly-SPARQL: add support for punctuated streams - #348

- `sparql to-jelly` can take multiple files as input - `sparql from-jelly` will just concat the result set files on stdout (RDF Messages-style) - Conversion to Jelly-RDF will put each result set in one frame and set an appropriate logical stream type. - `sparql validate` can take multiple input comparison files OR can compare against another punctuated stream. - `sparql inspect` can handle multiple result sets

disagree, the Jena reader really does behave differently and this is the only reason this class exists
