Issue #1307 asks for ecosystem integration. The unmodified IvorySQL baseline already passes the live Oracle matrix, so document installation, tested behavior, and the Oracle-mode timestamp limitation where component adaptation belongs. Refs #1307. Signed-off-by: ruiqimao_hub <448753997@qq.com>

Issue IvorySQL/IvorySQL#1307 is an ecosystem-component adaptation. This PR adds an
oracle_fdwguide in Chinese and English, links it from both ecosystem sidebars and overview tables, and documents the tested installation, foreign-table SQL, privileges, and Oracle-mode type limitation.The compatibility evidence comes from a live Oracle matrix run against the unmodified IvorySQL core at commit
069766efa8ca: oracle_fdw 2.9.0 installed and all 24 top-level TAP subtests passed through a native PG-mode cluster, the PG port of an Oracle-mode cluster, and its Oracle port. The test used Oracle AI Database 26ai Free 23.26.3.0.0 and Oracle client 23.26.3.0.0. In Oracle-mode sessions, a baretimestampforeign column resolves tosys.oratimestampand cannot be converted by oracle_fdw;pg_catalog.timestampworks. The guide scopes its claims to this tested combination.Validation for this documentation PR: both language versions have balanced AsciiDoc source/table blocks, their sidebar and overview links resolve to the new pages, and
git -c core.whitespace=cr-at-eol diff origin/master...HEAD --checkpasses. The Chinese sidebar is already stored with CRLF in the repository. No live Oracle test was rerun for this documentation-only change; the existing test output is recorded in IvorySQL/IvorySQL#2360 and the test evidence archive.This follows the component adaptation contribution guide. The earlier core PR IvorySQL/IvorySQL#2360 will be closed because its allow-list addition is unnecessary for the tested extension version.
