Fixes #53. Cover the context-free TPEN canvas through conversion and normalization.
Covers #39 using the official multiple-description manifest.
Fixes #40. Keep real link identifiers instead of minting placeholder IDs. Update only numeric generated-ID expectations in existing tests.
Fixes #27. Preserve size, quality and format and retain required-property type narrowing for existing consumers.
Fixes #52. Preserve all related links and keep provider metadata tied to the logo. Existing input fixtures remain unchanged; output snapshots reflect the corrected link location.

Addresses #29 target coverage. Carry options through alternative targets and apply known source types to fragment targets.
Addresses #29 merge coverage. Match legacy identifier aliases, retain new entities, and avoid duplicating equal values while preserving incoming multiplicity and existing service representations.
Addresses #29. Support standalone annotation collections and serialize their pages and linking fields while preserving the existing inline model for linked collections.
Addresses #29. Cover prefixed service URLs, rotations, error paths and fixed image sizes.
Completes the reachable compatibility cases in #29 without changing service upgrading.
