• [Request]: Document the D3D11 sharing contract (LockDX11 is a per-AMFContext mutex) and let the application supply the lock for AMF on its D3D11 device

• [Bug]: VideoConverter tone mapping: TONEMAPPING_2390 output is far too dark (1000 nit -> luma 80), LINEAR equals COPY, and INPUT_/OUTPUT_HDR_METADATA have no effect

• [Bug]: Duplicate(AMF_MEMORY_DX11) of a host surface creates a texture as wide as the host pitch (1920x1080 -> 2048x1080); Convert(AMF_MEMORY_DX11) does not

• [Bug]: AMFFRC stamps output with the newest input's pts while the content lags 1-2 frames; Drain() drops the held frames; Flush() keeps history

• [Bug]: AMFFRC with a non-DX11 engine on an InitDX11 context returns mixed memory types (DX12 / undefined 10000), stale DX11 surfaces with FRC_ENGINE_VULKAN, and FRC_ENGINE_OPENCL fails Init

• [Bug]: Vulkan validation errors from AMF's own Vulkan work (VQEnhancer/FRC on an app VkDevice): update-after-bind without the feature, plane views of video-usage images, VIDEO_DECODE stage on a compute queue, sync hazards
