Open the data view from an Extended view button - #151
Conversation
Replaces the Map/Data switch. A floating "Extended view" button sits beside the chart panel (above the sheet on phones). The data view has a "Map" back button, and Escape or the browser back button also return to the map, reopening the chart panel. Local/UTC moves from Settings into the data view's plot controls, and the empty "No point picked yet" state is gone since the view needs a point.

They're across all selected years. The four cards are built from the daily means of every day in the selection (2019 to 2021 in your screenshot, so 1,096 days): the mean, the lowest and highest day with its date, and how many days have data. The heading "Daily means over the selected years" is meant to say that, but it's easy to miss. Showing them per year as well makes sense. Suggestion: when more than one year is selected, add a small table under the cards with one row per year and a last row for all years together, using the same four columns. With a single year selected nothing changes. Would that work? Thanks for the ACE link. Its data is public Zarr (6-hourly, with an ensemble dimension), so I logged it on #132 as a test store for reading any zarr store. |

Adds a table under the stat cards with one row per selected year and an all-years row, using the same mean, lowest day, highest day and day count.
