npm install
npm run devOpen http://localhost:3000.
npm run build # static site in ./outThe production build uses the /encodex base path (for GitHub Pages). For another host, edit next.config.js.
Files are read and converted locally with the browser's FileReader and atob. Only a small history list is kept in localStorage; clear it any time from the page.
