Brings PR #14–#19 (hybrid search, connection fixes, test fixture hardening) into the console redesign. Conflicts: - services/oauth/test/fixture.mjs, helpers/identity-fixture.mjs, helpers/totp.mjs: both sides fixed the same port-reuse and TOTP step-boundary flakes with the same previousStepCode() helper; keep main's version and drop the duplicate imports the auto-merge left in identity-boundaries and registration-console tests - web/console/app.mjs: keep the redesigned console and apply main's hybrid search default there and in visuals.mjs libraryView() Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

PR #17 在
services/oauth/test/fixture.mjs里内联了「避开 30 秒时间窗边界」的等待逻辑，PR #18 又新增了公共函数previousStepCode()。两个 PR 都已合并，这里让fixture.mjs也改用公共函数，去掉重复代码。行为不变。验证（本地，Node 26.11）：
