Summary

• Reload and lock the authenticated user's cart inside the checkout transaction, serializing checkout attempts and preventing a second request from charging the same cart twice.
• Validate current service availability inside the transaction and delete only the cart rows included in that checkout.
• Disable legacy direct order creation because it bypasses wallet debit and stock handling.
• Remove the unpaid direct-order form from the Orders page and direct customers through cart checkout.
• Reject mock fulfilment adapters in production so unconfigured providers cannot report fake successful delivery.
• Add regression coverage for repeated checkout, the legacy endpoint, and production mock-adapter blocking.
