리뷰 봇을 Codex만 쓰도록 정리합니다(사용자 결정: CodeRabbit은 BE 전용).

• .coderabbit.yaml은 자동 리뷰를 끈 최소 설정(reviews.auto_review.enabled: false, 이전과 같은 chat.auto_reply: false)만 남겼습니다. 파일만 지우면 앱 연결이 남은 경우 기본값으로 리뷰가 계속 돌기 때문입니다(Codex 리뷰 반영).
• architecture-conventions.md의 봇 리뷰 설명을 Codex만으로 고쳤습니다.
• decisions D11의 CodeRabbit 부분을 대체 표시하고 D17을 추가했습니다.
• 머지 게이트는 그대로입니다: 필수 체크 4종 + Codex 상태기계(👀 → 👍).

Disable CodeRabbit before deleting its configuration
