Removes the hosted wwwizer redirect service (46.21.232.141 / 46.21.233.172) from the docs.

• DNS settings: removed Option 3 and the "Let's Encrypt and Wwwizers" section (now two ways)
• DNS Check: A Record section documents only the direct-IP option
• SSL certificates: removed the wwwizer naked-domain section
• Redirect from/to WWW: removed the wwwizer-servers note
• Go live: removed the WWW-redirection step and Option 3, renumbered steps

The local --type wwwizer HMV vhost type is unrelated and left as-is.
