Sync GitLab main: add bilingual Qwen3.7-Flash model pages and navigation. Update pricing tables with three input-length tiers and explicit and implicit cache billing rules.
Bump version from 1.4.25 to 1.4.26.
Validation: 176 scoped files checked against GitLab; bilingual build and model routes passed.
