AMS regeneration dropped hteth:WBTC, hteth:tgku and hteth:stzamakms with their OFC variants, and STAKING on hteth:zamamock. Restore them from master verbatim. Add hoodeth to networkFeatureMapForTokens so generated hoodeth tokens (hoodeth:ansemcat) resolve features at module load instead of failing account-model validation. Ticket: CSHLD-000

Added hoodeth to the static token feature map. hoodeth:ansemcat is the first AMS-generated hoodeth token, and without this it loads with no features and statics fails on account-model.
Same fix as #9946 did for flow and okbxlayer when their first AMS tokens came in.
