The embedded FALLBACK in stats/dashboard.html remains dated October 6 while this update advances
the canonical snapshot and chart data to October 7. When fetching downloads.json fails or the page
is opened from file://, the dashboard keeps rendering that fallback, showing stale coverage and
statistics alongside the current charts.
