Reverts #606 and #603.

What:

• fix(routing): ship the legacy alias cache and read it instead of rebuilding it (#605) #606 (alias cache): build/alias.cache.ini is no longer shipped, .gitignore ignores it again, and IniCache is back to "0" in rox_docker.ini.
• fix(analytics): login reminder UTM source and campaign the right way round (#590) #603 (login reminder): the utm_links arguments in login.reminder.html.twig are back as Automate reminders #590 had them.

Why: the login reminder (#590) and the alias cache warnings (#605, #502) are left to be solved by #590's author, in his own way.

Checked: plain git revert of both squash commits; nothing merged after them touches these files. Prod (v3.8.5) runs neither, so prod does not change.

• After this, the alias cache warnings from Every legacy page logs an error writing a route cache that is never read #605 come back once a release ships with IniCache = "0", as they were before fix(routing): ship the legacy alias cache and read it instead of rebuilding it (#605) #606.
• Route C (Route C: develop@4a3b74550 with Symfony 7.4, PHP 8.4, ORM 3 and Manticore 29 (#519) #582) already has both taken out, together with Automate reminders #590 and Fix #604: Really remove database entries and images. #607.
