fix(release): drop invalid sbom-action artifact input - #266

anchore/sbom-action rejects 'artifact:' (valid name: 'artifact-name'); it fell back to directory-cataloging the whole release dir — which is the better outcome, so remove the input and describe that behavior in the step comment instead of renaming to single-artifact mode.

silences the per-release warning from anchore/sbom-action (rejected
artifact:input). Keeps the directory-catalog fallback — the resulting SBOM covers all 4 binaries + the dependency set, strictly better than single-artifact mode. No behavior change otherwise.
