Install with Fisher:

Workspaces

Alias	Command	Description
jjwa <path> <revision>	jj workspace add --revision <revision> --colocate -- <path>	Create a workspace and associated Git worktree at the given path

Both arguments to jjwa are required. jjwr takes a workspace name, not a path or change ID.

Warning

jjwr removes the workspace directory and its contents. It is not an alias for jj workspace forget.

These commands follow the JJ 0.46.0 workspace documentation.

Completions

All aliases have tab completions with descriptions. Commands with revision, bookmark, or workspace arguments provide dynamic completions. jjwa completes directory paths for its first argument and revisions for its second; jjwr completes workspace names.

Verification

With Fish, Git, and JJ 0.46.0 available, run:

fish --no-config tests/workspaces.fish

The regression script uses a temporary repository, creates and removes real workspaces, checks completions, and cleans up its fixture on exit. It does not operate on your existing workspaces.
