Adds the SIG Q&A videos from the AlmaLinux YouTube channel to the pages of the four SIGs that have one so far:
Each page gets the same block directly below its intro sentence, before "How to Join", so visitors always find the video in the same place: a Watch the Q&A video label, a one-sentence description of what the video covers, and the embedded player. The embed follows the pattern already used on the Contribute page. No headings are added, so the sidebar structure of the SIG pages is unchanged.
