Rewrite the interpreter and rebuild the site - #9

The previous interpreter did not compile on master (the random library was missing its imports), lexed in quadratic time, dropped statements it could not parse, and modelled control flow as values. The browser build needed nightly Rust and Emscripten. This replaces it with a workspace of three crates on stable Rust 2024: the language (span-tracking lexer, Pratt parser, Result-based evaluator, a Host trait for I/O), the meowscript CLI, and a wasm-bindgen entry point built with wasm-pack for wasm32-unknown-unknown. Language changes, with every existing keyword and nya: package kept: mew for null, && and ||, string escapes, block comments, named pawction declarations, furrever with a condition, fur ~ loops, amew into object keys and array elements, reference semantics for furrballs and objects, block scoping, errors with line and column plus a caret, and a standard library of about 70 functions with arity checks. The site is rebuilt on Next 16, React 19, Tailwind 4, and CodeMirror 6. The interpreter runs in a Web Worker with a Stop button, output streams as it is printed, and the docs render the library reference from the interpreter's own tables. CI runs fmt, clippy, tests, and the site build.
