Subject: [PATCH] ci: add docs build check and extend shared Renovate automerge
 preset

Patch and minor bot PRs automerge once CI passes, after a 3-day release-age hold (github>baker-scripts/.github:renovate-automerge). Adds a mkdocs build job on the hetzner runner as the required status check.
